The American Society of Breast Surgeons is partnering with seven specialty-specific bodies to start Breastics24h, a free online educational event on September 25–26, 2021, exploring breast oncoplastic surgery. The goal of Breastics24h is to provide education to those who are at the beginning of their training in breast surgery. For program details and registration, please visit breastics24h.com.

Breast Ultrasound and Stereotactic Breast Procedures Certification written examinations are now available online! Register and sit for the certification exams using the new online format.

Julie Margenthaler, MD, of Missouri began her term as the Society's President on May 1, 2021. The official transition of leadership from Dr. Jill Dietz to Dr. Margenthaler took place at the Society’s business meeting held in conjunction with the Society's 22nd Annual Meeting.
