Surgeons with a special interest in the treatment of breast disease.
Objectives:
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
  • Independently plan basic oncoplastic approaches to surgery to further improve end cosmetic results.
  • Incorporate surgical techniques that allow for excellent oncological results without hindering cosmetic results and possibly improving cosmesis.
  • Design a personalized plan to obtain oncoplastic certification.
  • Understand how oncoplastic techniques are being used internationally.
Description:
This webinar is intended for breast surgeons who are interested in oncoplastic procedures but have not received formal training, and/or do not have abundant plastic surgery support. There will be an interactive discussion on basic oncoplastic principles to implement in all practices. The webinar will have a unique international perspective, providing insight into oncoplastic approaches outside the US.
