Hotel & Travel

Upon completing your meeting registration, including payment, a housing registration link will be provided on your registration confirmation and also through the "My Meeting Materials" webpage. You must book with this link to be eligible for the discounted group rate.

All Annual Meeting activities, except for offsite cadaver lab pre-meeting courses, will take place at the headquarter hotel, Bellagio. The Vdara and Aria are connected to the Bellagio's meeting space by an enclosed walkway, and there is an express tram connecting all 3 hotels.

The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is March 31, 2025. Do not delay as the housing block may sell out prior to the deadline. The Society cannot guarantee that your preferred room type will be available at the time of reservation.

Room Rates

All room rates and resort fees are subject to state and local taxes, which are currently 13.38%. Rates listed are for single and double occupancy. There is an additional charge per room night for triple and quadruple occupancy. All resort fees include property-wide high-speed wireless internet access, unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests 18+.

Bellagio

• Sunday–Wednesday: $219 per night
• Thursday: $259 per night
• Friday–Saturday: $399 per night

Vdara

• Wednesday–Thursday: $152 per night
• Friday–Saturday: $329 per night

Aria

• Wednesday: $259 per night
• Thursday: $229 per night
• Friday–Saturday: $359 per night

Ground Transportation

Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi and ride share services available at Harry Reid International Airport. The Bellagio, Vdara, and Aria are less than 4 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. However, traffic at any time can be extremely heavy and you should plan on the taxi or ride share taking at least 15 minutes. If you are arriving Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which are peak days, the trip can take longer.

  Self-parking garages for hotel guests are subject to availability at a rate of $20 per day (Monday–Thursday) and $25 per day (Friday–Sunday).

• Valet-Parking
  

  Valet parking for hotel guests is $40 per day, subject to availability.

Why Book Within Our Room Block?

The Society has negotiated special room rates for meeting attendees. In exchange, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the annual meeting. Booking your accommodations with the link in the "My Meeting Materials" webpage will help to ensure the Society is not assessed a financial penalty.
