Making Your Hotel Reservation
A housing registration link will be provided on your registration confirmation, accessible through the "My Meeting Materials" webpage. You must book your accommodations with this link to be eligible for the discounted group rate. The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is April 2, 2020. Do not delay in reserving your room as the housing block may sell out prior to the deadline.

No Resort Fees
The Society is pleased to waive the daily $32 (plus 13.38% tax) Bellagio resort fee for our meeting attendees this year. Attendees that would like to receive the amenities and services included in the resort fee will have the option to “opt-in” for complimentary access to:
- Fitness Facility at Bellagio Spa
- Airline Boarding Pass Printing in Hotel’s Business Services Center
- Local Calls and Toll Free Phone Calls
- High-Speed Wireless Internet Access
Please be sure to book your accommodations through the Society’s housing block using the link provided on your registration confirmation to ensure your resort fee is waived.
Why It Is Important to Book Within Our Room Block
The Society has negotiated special room rates, including the waived resort fee, at the Bellagio for our meeting attendees. In exchange for these negotiated rates, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the Annual Meeting. Therefore, it is important that your room reservation is credited to the Society’s room block. Please be sure to book your accommodations using the link provided on your registration confirmation. Doing so will help to ensure the Society is not assessed a financial penalty.
Transportation
Easy Access! Take advantage of a location that can be easily reached via nonstop flights from approximately 130 domestic and 20 international locations, saving you time away from your practice!
Ground Transportation
Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi and shuttle services available at McCarran International Airport. Bellagio is less than 4 miles from McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas. However, traffic can be extremely heavy at any time. You should plan on the cab or shuttle ride taking at least 20 minutes. If you are arriving Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which are peak days, the trip can take considerably longer.

Daily parking rate at the hotel are as follows:

0 to 60 minutes: No Charge (1st Day Only)
Over 1 to 4 hours: $15
Over 4 to 24 hours: $18
Over 24 hours: $18 each additional day or fraction thereof - Valet-Parking
0 to 2 hours: $21
Over 2 to 4 hours: $24
Over 4 to 24 hours: $30
Over 24 hours: $30 each additional day or fraction thereof

The official Housing Bureau of the 21st Annual Meeting is Atlas Travel Meetings & Incentives. Reservations which have been obtained through agencies other than the official ASBrS Housing Bureau are not guaranteed.
Annual Meeting registrants may be contacted by companies who misidentify themselves as offering registration and housing for ASBrS. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACTS FROM THESE COMPANIES. Many are attempting to capture your credit card information and will not actually reserve a room. Others will switch your reservation to a substandard hotel.
