Annual Meeting Update on Novel Coronavirus (COVID‑19)

Dear Colleagues:

We are deeply disappointed that we will not have the 2020 Annual Meeting in Las Vegas as planned due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An outstanding program was designed by 2020 Annual Meeting program chair, Kathy Calvillo, and her planning committee. An enormous amount of time and effort went into session development by more than 130 presenters. We were excited for the opportunity to showcase over 200 poster presentations and offer a series of topic-specific pre-meeting courses to meet your needs. Given the current crisis, moving forward as planned was clearly impossible.

For those who have registered for the annual meeting, the Society will automatically cancel your registration and housing (if booked through Atlas Travel, the Society’s official housing bureau) and refund all fees. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. You will not need to contact the Society to initiate a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
